On their journey the Gurren Brigade falls through the floor into another underground villiage. This Village views Ganmen as gods and thinks the members of the Gurren Brigade or from the heavens. The village that the Gurran Brigade fell upon is a very poor and has no supplies, so when a mother gives birth to triplets two of the villagers must leave the village. Two children, a brother and sister named Gimi, and Dari have to leave the village, but also another man named Roshiu volunteers to go with the children and they begin to travel with the Gurren Brigade.
