Reinforcements have arrived! Naruto has left his sentry post to locate Yuukimaru despite the dense fog, but runs into Guren instead! Yuukimaru walks in on their encounter and Naruto attempts to separate him from Guren during a short bout. However, they are interrupted by Kakashi and Yamato, who stops Naruto with one of his many wooden tentacle trapping techniques. As they return to the newly arrived reinforcements and the others, Sakura jumps Naruto to show her feelings on his disappearing act. In the next scene, Kabuto is shown to be healing Yuukimaru, who is still obviously in a very worn state after his encounter with the three-tailed beast. Guren is very cautious about Kabuto's methods in utilizing Yuukimaru's talents at the expense of his health, and her concern is duly noted by Rinji. At the same time, Naruto greets the newcomers to this party!
